as Manager of "Starachowice" Special Economic Zone, based on the Ordinance of the Minister for the Economy and Labor dated November 15, 2004 concerning tenders and negotiations as well as criteria of evaluation of economic intentions to be implemented by entrepreneurs in the area of the Starachowice Special Economic Zone (Journal of Laws  no. 254, item 2547), announces an invitation to a written tender aimed at selecting an entrepreneur which will obtain a permit for carrying out a business activity within the zone and will acquire a real estate on which such business activity will be carried out or will acquire a real estate on which business activity will be carried without the permit.
The assets which are subject to the tender include real property of  total  area  0,1293 ha, situated in the Starachowice Subzone owned by Treasury and lease by Special Economic Zone, consisting of plot no. 884/20 with:
- 459/10000 shares within plot no. 884/28 of total area 0,4886 ha,
- 57/100 shares within plot no. 884/30 of total area 0,0577 ha
for which the  District Court in Starachowice maintens Land and Mortgage Registers no. 39648, KI1H/00039649/6, KI1H/00039650/6.
The bid price of the property: 270 000 PLN nett.
Information on the terms and conditions under which a permit for carrying out a business activity within the zone will be granted and the real properties which are subject to tender will be made available to entrepreneurs are set down in "The Specification of Material Terms and Conditions of Written Tender".
The condition to participate in the tender is:

• purchase "The Specification of Material Terms and Conditions of Written Tender";
• payment of tender deposit;
• submit the written offer with the conditions of planned activity within the zone.

The "Specification of Material Terms and Conditions of Written Tender" is available from Monday to Friday, from 8.⁰⁰ a.m. to 3.³⁰ p.m., in "Starachowice" SEZ Inc. headquarter, upon payment of PLN 10 000 net plus 22% VAT.
Written offers should be submitted in closed envelopes in "Starachowice" SEZ Inc. headquarter by 5^th of November, 2009, 3.³⁰ p.m. The manner of preparing of offer is defined in "The Specification of Material Terms and Conditions of Written Tender".
The business undertakings which are to be commenced within the "Starachowice Special Economic Zone are subject to assessment based on the criteria defined in § 11 of a.n. Ordinance.
The tender aimed at selecting an entrepreneur which will obtain a permit and will acquire a real properties will take place in "Starachowice" SEZ Inc. headquarter on November the 6^th,2009,11.⁰⁰ a.m.
The Zone Manager:
1. rejected the offer if it does not comply with the requirements laid down in § 6 of a.n. Ordinance;
2. may invalidate the tender in the events defined in § 9 Section 1 of a.n. Ordinance.
